Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time™
Released in 2003 on Playstation 2, Xbox, Gamecube and PC, this critically acclaimed game is a marvelous journey into the Arabian Nights and a formidable action adventure game. This game is specific for us as it proved we were able to reboot such mythical franchise as this one with a great dedication on innovation and quality. Indeed, the Montreal studio came with a great gameplay innovation: controlling time. It enables not only to create great level design but also to provide more comfort for the players. In addition, the controls and the animation of the Prince was really amazing. 13 years after, it remains a very enjoyable game that has aged very well.

      Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
Released in November 2002 exclusively on Xbox and PC (followed by other platforms), Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell was an important step in Ubisoft history, the first blockbuster to be developed by Ubisoft Montreal featuring one of the most beloved  characters ever created by the studio.
Splinter Cell’s core idea revolved around a technological innovation: dynamic lighting. For the first time in a game, lighting cold be modified in real time, enabling developers to rejuvenate the stealth genre and allow players to hide and search in the shadows. Players could also create safe areas by destroying lights, and had to adapt to moving ones.
The game was critically acclaimed and received the 2002 E3 official award for best Action Adventure game. With his light goggles and numerous stealthy moves, Sam Fisher immediately became one of the most popular video game characters ever, and the franchise has had continued success, with five sequels, seven novels, and a forthcoming motion picture.

          Rayman® Origins
We could not celebrate Ubisoft 30th anniversary without talking about Rayman. Created in 1995 by Michel Ancel, Rayman is one of the few platforming character that has been created at the 32 bit era that is still alive today. Rayman 1 was released on Atari Jaguar and is today the Ubisoft game that has traveled across the most different platforms.
Rayman, was created at first without arms and legs for technical reasons: legs and arms was the most difficult parts to animate. To give him more speed and dynamism, designers removed limbs. This enables to invent many specific powers like the throwing fist, the flying hairs and even the car shoe!
As a platformer, Rayman proposes some unique aspects: the management of pace is unique as some intense platforming moments gives a beat of jumping. The graphics are beyond imagination mixing psychedelic worlds, slapstick humor and loveable character. The game we offer you is Rayman Origins, a back to the root 2D platformer released in 2011 where you travel across amazing worlds, meet goofy monsters and goes through the most dynamic platforming moments ever.
